Hi, I’m Ashley Shoshana Mink.

My pronouns are she, her. I am an individual, child, and family therapist grounded in Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I create individualized curricula to meet each client’s specific needs, and set collaborative goals to achieve greater health, happiness, and success in the world. Together, we develop tools of self-compassion and mindfulness to create an antidote to shame and guilt.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, where I specialized in Child Studies and Spirituality/ Depth Psychology. I have completed courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness-Based CBT and have traveled to monasteries in France and Japan in order to experientially investigate the intersection of Buddhism and Psychoanalysis. My experiences with Eastern Spirituality, meditation and Zen Buddhism inform the theoretical framework in which I practice psychotherapy with my clients. I have had success treating children, teens, and adults facing issues around Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, Ancestral Trauma and PTSD.

I have over twelve years of experience working with children in various settings, my work has equipped me with a unique set of skills to support children, families, and teachers. I work with children on the Autism spectrum, using the D.I.R. Floortime model, to help clients grow through interactive play and learning practical coping skills.

Hi, I’m Lincoln Madley.

My pronouns are he, him. I am an individual, teen and couples therapist. I draw from mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, and relational approaches to meet your individual needs. I also present clients with skills to develop agency, foster resilience, and enhance communication. 

I view therapy as a relational process that imparts security and stability to the exploration that leads to healing and self-empowerment. I have experience treating issues related to self-esteem, creativity, anger, interpersonal relationships, and trauma. I view therapy as an opportunity to explore lived challenges and discover areas of personal growth. My goal is to support those who face adversity and whose experiences have brought suffering and chaos into their relationships, emotions, thinking, and sense of self on their path towards a life worth living.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where diversity and social justice were important key elements of my learning experience. I trained at the Southern California Counseling Center, where I worked with individuals and couples and facilitated groups for The Abuse Prevention Program (TAPP), and at Evolve Treatment Centers, where I worked with adolescents in evidence-based in-patient treatment programs.

Hi, I’m Sarah Manuwal.

My pronouns are she, her. Sarah is a compassionate therapist who incorporates somatic, mindfulness, and psychodynamic modalities into her practice. She works with individuals, couples, and children, and is committed to helping her clients find the peace and balance they deserve.  Sarah holds a special place for clients struggling with eating disorders, spiritual issues, chronic autoimmune diseases, creative blocks, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and life transitions.  Sarah meets clients where they are at with a warm and empathetic approach.  She creates a safe space for clients to explore and heal the underlying issues that may be holding them back.  Her goal is to provide a non-judgmental space where clients can gain insight into old patterns, develop new coping skills, learn to tolerate painful emotions and navigate life feeling more empowered.

With a background in the arts and years of experience in the entertainment industry, Sarah understands the unique challenges and pressures of working in a creative field. Having spent years studying non-traditional healing modalities, such as breath-work, energy healing, and multi-modality Reiki.  Sarah is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), a highly effective therapy technique that helps individuals process and integrate trauma and anxiety. With the use of bilateral stimulation, EMDR gently encourages the brain to find a sense of safety in the present moment.  Sarah received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles and her Bachelor of Arts from New York University. She completed her practicum training at Valley Community Counseling Clinic and co-facilitated the first grief group for adults at the clinic. Sarah currently runs support groups for women experiencing chronic autoimmune diseases. Sarah is also an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and is sensitive to issues related to gender, race, ethnicity, spirituality, privilege, and socioeconomic status.
