Sensorimotor Psychotherapy

an evidence-based somatic model for processing trauma, including developmental and infant trauma. Harnessing the power of mindfulness, presence, organicity, non-violence and relational alchemy, sensorimotor psychotherapy helps clients use their bodies to access early memories and process difficult or traumatic life experiences. Clients will cultivate a new relationship with their sensory process, increase their awareness of the present moment, and create lasting change.

Internal Family Systems

an evidence-based psychotherapy model that helps clients identify and connect with fractured parts of themselves. IFS uses guided meditations, active visualization and creativity to build a channel of communication between the Self and the hidden internal parts that participate in self-defeating patterns. Through the process of IFS, clients learn how to befriend these parts of themselves and participate in corrective emotional experiences that help promote self-compassion.

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

an evidence-based approach for clients wanting practical skills to implement behavioral and lifestyle changes. This approach supports clients with growing their awareness in order to effectively create sustainable change. Clients will learn to identify and practice healthful resources that allow them to better tolerate distress and find more ease in the present moment.

Floortime Therapy

Through Floortime therapy, children and caregivers will learn how to connect and co-regulate through intentional play. Inclusive and child-led, this approach harnesses the power of children’s creativity and passion in order to promote development, social connection, and relational awareness. Floortime is developed for children with developmental differences and neurodiversity, including Autism, ADHD and Sensory-Processing Disorders.
